30-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive return authorization and the correct return address.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind / Personal Preference
If you wish to return the product because you changed your mind or it does not meet your expectations, the item must be unused and in original packaging.

In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals included
- No signs of installation, damage, stains, or wear
- Protective films and packaging materials intact

*Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Quality Issues (Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item)
We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.

Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind)
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. U.S. Consumer Information

We comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Some states may have specific return or refund rights; nothing in this policy is intended to override those rights.

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, return shipping times may be slightly longer, but the same 30-day window applies.
